Betpor Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing betpor.win and creating an account, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you have read and accept our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of this agreement.

These Terms apply to every interaction with the Betpor platform — including deposits, betting, playing casino games, claiming bonuses and contacting support. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Betpor, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Betpor is strictly an adult platform. We do not accept registrations from anyone under the age of 18 and we may request proof of age at any point.
• You must be registering and playing for your own personal entertainment, using your own personal funds.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person when placing bets or playing games on this platform.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or closed by Betpor for a breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

To access Betpor's full range of features — including deposits, sports betting, slots and live casino — you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• One account per player: Each player is permitted to hold only one Betpor account. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be cancelled and balances may be forfeited.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your account details with any other person. Betpor will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Accurate information: Your registered name must match the name on your payment method (JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account or bank account). Mismatches may cause delays on withdrawals and may require additional verification.
• Updating your details: If any of your registered details change — including your phone number or payment account — please contact Betpor support to update your profile. Playing with out-of-date information can cause delays when processing payments.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on Betpor are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Betpor supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed directly in PKR
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed directly in PKR
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank PKR transfers
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from any Pakistan bank account
• Cards — debit and credit cards issued in Pakistan

Deposits are generally credited to your Betpor account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Betpor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank. If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.

• All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Betpor does not charge a fee on deposits from our side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank before depositing.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction apply and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds are returned to their original source.

• You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Before your first withdrawal, Betpor may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submitting a copy of your CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement. This is a standard procedure and is not a sign of any issue with your account.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. Exact timelines are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Betpor reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This is done to protect players and to ensure the integrity of the platform.
• If you have an active bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Betpor offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and event-linked promotions — particularly around PSL season, T20 tournaments and other major cricket events. All active promotions are listed on the Promotions page.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested. The exact wagering requirement for each offer is displayed in the promotion details.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and other game types may contribute at different rates. The eligible games and contribution percentages for each promotion are listed in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Unless specifically stated in the promotion terms, only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may cause the earlier bonus to be forfeited.
• Abuse of promotions: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, multiple accounts or other methods intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion will result in the bonus being cancelled and may lead to account suspension.
• Betpor's discretion: Betpor reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice where possible.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Betpor's sports betting section covers cricket, football, esports and other sports. Cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and major tournaments — receives priority coverage with in-depth markets and live betting functionality.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by Betpor. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where we believe a bet is placed with information not available to the general public.
• Odds: All odds are displayed before you confirm a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds at the time of confirmation apply, regardless of subsequent changes.
• Live betting: During live events, odds change rapidly in line with the match situation. Live bets are subject to a brief delay for confirmation. Betpor reserves the right to void live bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been decided, even if this information has not yet been reflected on our platform.
• Match postponements and cancellations: If a match is postponed, cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. • Errors in odds: If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, Betpor reserves the right to void affected bets. We will notify affected players and return their stakes.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. These limits are displayed in the betting interface. Betpor reserves the right to limit payouts on bets that exceed these thresholds.

8 Casino & Slots Rules

Betpor's casino section includes slots, live casino games, crash games and table games. All games are powered by third-party software providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• Game results: The outcome of all casino games is determined by the game software. Betpor does not influence or alter game results. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the game provider.
• Disconnections: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game, the game will resume from its last saved state when you reconnect. Betpor is not responsible for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, Betpor reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are hosted by third-party studios with professional dealers. The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface. Betpor is not responsible for errors made by third-party live studio operators, though we will assist in raising disputes on your behalf.
• Crash games: Crash games have their own specific mechanics and rules that are explained within the game. Bets are final once the round begins. Please read the in-game instructions before playing.

9 Responsible Gaming

Betpor is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Our platform is designed for entertainment, and we encourage all players to manage their activity sensibly. The following principles underpin our responsible gaming approach:

• Set a budget: Only play with money you can genuinely afford to lose. Set a PKR budget for each session and stick to it, regardless of whether you are winning or losing.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Betpor platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or attempting to access a previously closed account under a new identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in match-fixing, using insider information, or placing bets based on information not publicly available at the time of betting
• Colluding with other players or using coordinated betting strategies to abuse bonuses or manipulate game outcomes
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials
• Attempting to launder money through Betpor — all suspicious transactions are reported as required
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Betpor staff or other players through any communication channel

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Betpor reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at our discretion. This includes — but is not limited to — cases where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is under investigation
• We have reason to believe an account belongs to a person under the age of 18
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion through our responsible gaming programme
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions have been detected on the account
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and no response has been received to our communications
• We are required to act by law, regulation or an instruction from a relevant authority

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Betpor reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is found, the verified balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — for any reason, including as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting Betpor support. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly and any remaining verified balance will be returned.

12 Privacy & Data

Betpor collects and processes personal information provided at registration and during use of the platform. This information is used to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with applicable requirements. We take data security seriously and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform. 13 Limitation of Liability

Betpor provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is accessible and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned maintenance, unexpected technical issues or third-party service failures may occasionally affect availability.

• Betpor is not liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, delays in payment processing by third-party providers, or errors caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
• Betpor is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own decision to bet or play. All gaming and betting activity is undertaken voluntarily and at the player's own risk.
• In cases where Betpor is found to be liable for a specific issue, our liability is limited to the value of the stake involved in that specific transaction.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

Betpor may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, operational requirements or applicable standards. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For significant changes, we will attempt to notify registered players through a platform notification or email to the address on file. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Betpor platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange an orderly closure of your account and return of any verified balance.
