To verify your Betpor account you will need a valid government-issued ID — a CNIC is the standard document for Pakistani players. In some cases, a selfie holding your ID may be requested. No. Each player is allowed only one Betpor account. Creating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. Withdrawals

Most withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers typically take between a few hours and one business day depending on the receiving bank. Raast transfers are usually near-instant. If your withdrawal is pending for longer than expected, reach out to our support team with your withdrawal ID.

Withdrawals can be declined for several reasons: incomplete account verification, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, a mismatch between the payment method and the registered account name, or an attempt to withdraw more than the available withdrawable balance. Check your account status and bonus terms first. If everything looks correct, contact support for a manual review.

Bonuses & Promotions

A wagering requirement (sometimes called a rollover) means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of your bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. If a cricket match or sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before a result is reached, bets are generally voided and your stake is returned to your account balance. In cases where a minimum number of overs have been bowled in a cricket match and a result has been determined by DLS method, bets may stand. Slots & Casino Games
